Scheduled maintenance in Kharkiv

Next week we will carry out planned maintenance on the Saltivka and Oleksiivka nodes in Kharkiv to install new equipment and add capacity.

When short interruptions are possible

• Tuesday, 02:00–05:00 — Saltivka;
• Thursday, 02:00–05:00 — Oleksiivka;
• each interruption will last no more than 15 minutes.

We chose night hours when network load is lowest. Most subscribers will not notice anything: switching happens in turn for separate groups of buildings.

If the internet does not come back

1. Restart your router and ONU terminal.
2. Check the terminal lights: PON should stay on.
3. Call support or leave a request with the topic “No internet”.

Maintenance at night so the network runs smoothly during the day.
